Bitcoin price

What are the 50-day and 200-day averages?

A moving average is simply the average price of the last N days — the market's slow memory. The 50-day tracks the recent trend, the 200-day the long one. Chart watchers care when price crosses them: holding above the 200-day is a classic sign of a healthy long-term trend, and it's one of the ingredients of the Guava Score's momentum. A line on a chart, not advice.
